Key Responsibilities:
Assist healthcare providers during patient exams and procedures.
Measure and document vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rate.
Administer medications and immunizations (as certified and permitted by state regulations).
Collect specimens (e.g., blood, urine) for lab testing and perform point-of-care testing as directed.
Prepare exam rooms and ensure cleanliness and proper equipment setup.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (EMR).
Schedule appointments, verify insurance, and handle patient intake and discharge procedures.
Provide patient education and follow-up instructions as directed by providers.
Manage clinical supplies inventory and maintain equipment.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Completion of a Medical Assistant training program preferred.
Medical Assistant Certification (CMA, RMA, CCMA) preferred but not required.
BLS/CPR certification required.
Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Previous experience in a clinical or ambulatory care setting is a plus.

Position Summary:
A leading research technology team is seeking a Senior Storage Engineer (Ceph Consultant) to support the implementation and expansion of an on-premise Ceph storage cluster. This role will focus on configuring services such as CephFS and RADOS Gateway, troubleshooting performance issues, and planning for future hardware growth to scale an existing 12PB+ cluster.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with deployment and configuration of the Ceph File System (CephFS)
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across file systems, clients, and infrastructure
Integrate Ceph with backup solutions and HPC environments
Collaborate with researchers to analyze workflows and optimize storage use
Develop internal and user-facing documentation for Ceph setup and best practices
Advise on scaling and hardware planning to support future demand
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Ceph and CephFS
Strong expertise in Linux system administration and performance monitoring
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; able to explain technical details to non-technical users
Self-motivated, capable of working independently as well as part of a team
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, firewalls, proxies, OSI model); familiarity with BGP, VXLAN, Cisco, ARISTA, or SONiC is a plus
Experience with languages such as C, C++, Go, or Rust
Exposure to Kubernetes and CSI plugins
Familiarity with Prometheus/Grafana monitoring stack
