Registered Nurse – ICU - RNICU25-25292

Job Title: Registered Nurse – ICU
Duration: 13 weeks contract (Extendable)
Work Location: Cooperstown, NY
Shift Timing: 3x12 Nights — 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Pay:

• Travel rate: $2,800 weekly (includes stipend)
• Local rate: $2,500 weekly

Requirements:

• Active RN license in New York State
• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience in an acute care setting
• BLS and ACLS certifications required (AHA)
• Proficient in managing high-acuity patients, mechanical ventilation, and advanced interventions
• Experience with arterial lines, central lines, and hemodynamic monitoring preferred

Responsibilities:

• Provide critical care to patients requiring intensive monitoring and advanced life support
• Monitor and manage mechanical ventilators, IV drips, and complex medication regimens
• Perform advanced procedures including arterial and central line care
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute care plans
• Document all interventions and patient responses in the EMR accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain patient safety and adhere to infection control and hospital protocols
