Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee investigational drug services for oncology clinical trials.
Ensure proper storage, handling, preparation, and dispensing of investigational and clinical medications in accordance with protocol and regulatory requirements.
Support oncology infusion pharmacy workflows, including medication verification, compounding, and dispensing.
Maintain compliance with FDA, DEA, USP, and institutional policies related to investigational drugs and chemotherapy preparations.
Collaborate with clinical research teams, physicians, nurses, and study coordinators to facilitate investigational drug administration and documentation.
Provide education and guidance to pharmacy staff and clinical teams on investigational protocols and drug handling procedures.
Monitor and document all investigational drug activities to ensure accuracy and traceability.
Supervise and support pharmacy technicians and staff involved in investigational and infusion operations.
Participate in audits, inspections, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.
Licensure: Current New York State Pharmacist License (or eligibility for licensure).
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital or oncology pharmacy setting; investigational drug experience preferred.
Certifications: BLS certification preferred.

Position patients accurately and set appropriate exposure factors to achieve high-quality diagnostic images.
Practice strict radiation safety and protection standards to minimize patient and staff exposure.
Operate imaging equipment efficiently and effectively, reporting any malfunctions to supervisors.
Process images and ensure accurate data entry into the Radiology Information System for documentation and billing.
Follow department procedures and protocols as outlined in the Policy and Procedure Manual.
Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure accurate, timely completion of diagnostic studies.
Qualifications
Education: AAS in Radiologic Technology or equivalent.
Licensure/Registration: Must hold or be eligible for a New York State Radiologic Technologist License/Registration.
Certification: ARRT certification required (must be obtained within one year of appointment).
Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of progressive technical experience.
Additional Requirements: Current CPR certification and registration certification for contrast injection.
