Develop future-state process maps, solution concepts, and ROI models.
Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
Work closely with product managers and engineers to shape product roadmaps.
Support client presentations, product demos, and feedback sessions.
Define KPIs and success metrics for transformation initiatives.
Monitor post-implementation impact and refine strategies continuously.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join the Medical/Surgical team in the Acute Neuro Unit for a 13-week assignment in Canton, GA. The RN will provide comprehensive patient care, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and support patients in recovery while maintaining the highest standards of nursing practice.
Responsibilities:
Deliver direct nursing care to patients in the Acute Neuro Unit.
Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment.
Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed.
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
Educate patients and families on recovery, discharge planning, and self-care.
Ensure accurate, timely documentation and compliance with safety protocols.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of recent RN experience, preferably in Neuro or Med/Surg.
Active RN license (Georgia or compact state).
Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
