Job Title: Patient Services Representative

Duration: 13 Weeks contract

Location: Ithaca, NY

Shift: Day Shift | Monday – Friday | 8-Hour Shifts (5x8s)

REQUIREMENT: BLS

Job Duties:

• Greet and check in patients, verify insurance information, and ensure all documentation is complete
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently
• Maintain and update patient records accurately using Epic
• Handle phone inquiries, appointment reminders, and general administrative duties
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and facility policies
• Provide excellent customer service and support to patients and clinical staff

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a clinic or ambulatory care setting
• Strong working knowledge of Epic
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications a plus)
• Professional demeanor and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
