Job Title: Physical Therapist
Location: Tyler, Texas 75701
Schedule: Day Shift | 36 Hours per Week
Compensation: Up to $2,000 per week
Evaluate patients to assess physical condition and functional limitations
Interpret evaluations, test results, and medical history to determine appropriate treatment
Develop individualized treatment plans using a range of therapy techniques
Implement medically prescribed physical therapy interventions to improve mobility and reduce pain
Educate patients on proper exercise techniques and post-discharge care
Advise patients and families on in-home treatment strategies
Promote physical health, ergonomics, and injury prevention through education
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
Maintain thorough and accurate patient records
Adhere to all clinical guidelines, policies, and regulatory standards
Primarily acute physical therapy cases following elective orthopedic surgeries
Patients are typically high-functioning with minimal comorbidities
Average stay is approximately 48 hours post-surgery
Target of 60 visits per week
Expected to see 12–14 patients per day
Double-booking of follow-up visits is standard practice
Active Physical Therapist License (State of Texas)
New graduates and first-time travelers are welcome to apply
Outpatient experience preferred, but not required
