Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (May require earlier start)
Position Type: Contract
Local Pay: $2,325/Weekly
Travel Pay: $2,989/Weekly

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and licensed Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience performing diagnostic nuclear medicine procedures, working with advanced imaging equipment, and contributing to high-quality patient care. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment while utilizing cutting-edge technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine diagnostic nuclear medicine procedures under general supervision
• Operate imaging equipment including Siemens EVOSPECT and Phillips Forte cameras
• Use NMIS in the hot lab for dose preparation and tracking
• Access and manage patient information via EPIC and Synapse PACS
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance in all aspects of nuclear medicine procedures
• Assist in training and guiding less experienced staff as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
• Active New York State license/registration in Nuclear Medicine
• ARRT or CNMT certification in Nuclear Medicine (or board-eligible)
• CPR certification
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the field

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Familiarity with Siemens and Phillips nuclear medicine systems
• Experience using EPIC and Synapse PACS for medical records and imaging
• Strong understanding of radiation safety and isotope handling
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
