Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer and with a professional reporting relationship to the health system’s Chief Nursing Executive, the CNO is responsible for advancing nursing standards, education programs, quality care, and patient safety initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee daily nursing operations, ensuring delivery of safe, patient-centered, high-quality care.

Present research-based recommendations to improve nursing practice and patient outcomes.

Qualifications:
