Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and procedural flow.
Adhere to infection control and operating room protocols at all times.
Qualifications:
Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential required.
Minimum of 2 years of recent CVOR or Operating Room experience.
Strong understanding of sterile techniques, instrumentation, and OR workflows.
Ability to respond effectively in a high-stress surgical environment.
