Description:

The RN Surgical Services Specialist (CVOR) is responsible for the successful execution of cardiac surgeries, ensuring all necessary instruments and technologies, such as robotic equipment, Bovies, and towers, are properly used during the procedure. The nurse will assist with scrub and circulating duties, monitor patient progress, and handle post-operative care. On-call duties and weekend shifts are required.

Mandatory Skills:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 3 years of operating room experience, specifically in cardiovascular or thoracic surgery.
• Proficient in handling specialized surgical equipment, including robotic systems and surgical towers.
• Ability to scrub and circulate during surgeries while ensuring sterile procedures.
• Experience in post-operative care and patient monitoring.
• Ability to participate in call rotations and manage weekend on-call duties.
