Description:
The Surgery RN CVOR Nurse provides high-quality care before, during, and after cardiovascular surgeries. The nurse will assist in setting up surgical rooms, manage the sterile field, and monitor patients during recovery. Close collaboration with the surgical and anesthesia teams is crucial, and availability for weekend and holiday shifts is part of the job responsibilities.

Mandatory Skills:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with extensive experience in cardiovascular operating room nursing.
• Expertise in assisting with cardiac surgeries, including valve replacements, coronary artery bypass, and heart transplants.
• Proficiency in post-surgical recovery care and managing complications.
• Ability to work effectively in high-stress situations.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and nights as needed.

Pay:
High Range: $115,000 - $135,000 per year
