Description:
The RN IMCU Nurse specializes in providing care to patients who need more than general medical-surgical care but not the intensive support provided in an ICU. This role includes monitoring vital signs, assisting with treatments such as cardiac drips, and providing emotional support to patients and families. Availability for night shifts and weekend work is required.

Mandatory Skills:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 2 years of experience in an IMCU or similar setting.
• Expertise in managing moderate to high-acuity patients with cardiac and pulmonary needs.
• Proficiency in the use of IV pumps, monitoring equipment, and administering medications.
• Excellent communication skills to support families and provide education.
• Must be available for night shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay:
High Range: $115,000 - $135,000 per year
