Schedule: Day Shift | 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Duration: 19 Weeks | 40 Hours/Week
Pay Rate: $34–$39/hr
Overview
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking SPED – Long-Term Substitute for an exciting job in Leesburg, VA.
Responsibilities
Deliver instruction aligned with IEP goals and existing lesson plans
Implement accommodations, modifications, and behavior supports
Support students in individual, small-group, and inclusive settings
Maintain classroom routines, documentation, and progress data
Collaborate with educators, service providers, and families as needed
Ensure compliance with IDEA and school/district policies
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field
Virginia SPED license or long-term substitute eligibility preferred
Experience working with students with disabilities
Strong classroom management, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred
Prior long-term substitute or SPED experience
Familiarity with inclusive practices and behavior support plans
