Required Qualifications
Active CNA certification required (Massachusetts certification preferred)
OR one of the following:
Completion of at least 75 hours in an accredited nursing program, including first clinical rotation
Active EMT or Paramedic certification
Active Patient Care Technician (PCT) certification
Active Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
Additional Requirements
AHA CPR certification required within 60 days of hire
Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred
Behavioral health or psychiatric patient care experience preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
