Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN 25-24559

Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse 

Location: Cumming, GA 30041

Schedule: 8:30 am - 5 pm Mon-Fri (5x8)

Compensation: Upto $1360 weekly outside 50 miles or Upto $34 an hour 

Key Responsibilities:

• Observe and report the effectiveness of medications and treatments
• Receive and deliver a variety of information regarding the resident's medical, social, functional, and other needs
• Participate in the receiving and giving shift reports
• Communicate with residents, family, and staff as necessary to ensure the resident receives appropriate care from the interdisciplinary team
• Complete the initial admission nursing assessment tool on a newly admitted resident
• Maintain appropriate clinical and administrative documentation regarding diagnosis, observations, treatment, and summary of resident progress.. 

Required Skills & Experience:

• Min 2 years of experience within specialty.

Education & Licensure:

• LPN license Georgia or Compact.
• BLS (American Heart Assocation)
