Job Summary

The ideal candidate will provide specialized nursing care for patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional cardiac and radiology procedures while ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and clinical excellence.
Schedule
4 x 10-Hour Day Shifts
7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
8–10 Call Shifts Per Month
1–2 Weekend Call Rotations Per Month
Key Responsibilities
Assist with diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures.
Monitor and care for patients undergoing cardiac and vascular interventions.
Administer and monitor procedural sedation.
Perform IV insertion and phlebotomy as required.
Assist with angioplasty, PCI, stent placements, Impella and IABP procedures.
Support Interventional Radiology procedures including biopsies, drain placements, embolizations, nephrostomies, and vascular access procedures.
Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to emergency situations.
Administer cardiac medications, antiarrhythmics, antihypertensives, and emergency medications.
Maintain accurate patient records using EPIC.
Follow infection prevention and patient safety protocols.
