The LVN/LPN will assist with both clinical and administrative responsibilities, ensuring smooth daily operations and a high-quality patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
Measure and record vital signs, room patients, and prepare them for exams and procedures.
Assist providers during exams/procedures and support patients throughout their visit.
Document accurate notes in the EHR.
Administer medications per protocol and manage patient phone calls.
Perform phlebotomy, administer vaccines (including flu shots), and conduct biometric screenings.
Maintain exam room cleanliness and ensure adequate stock of medical supplies.
Provide front and back office support, including scheduling, greeting patients, and general clerical tasks.
Apply strong communication, critical thinking, and clinical judgment with minimal supervision.
Participate in health education and outreach to support overall patient wellness.
Required Skills & Experience
Proficient in administering flu shots and biometric screenings.
Up to 2 years of clinical experience (<2 years).
