Pay Package:
Stipend: $1,120/week
Total Weekly Compensation: $1,982.50
Job Overview:
A leading healthcare facility in Dallas, TX is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join its Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). This is a rewarding opportunity to provide specialized care to critically ill and high-risk newborns in a collaborative and state-of-the-art environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to neonates with a range of medical complexities
Monitor vital signs and manage life-support equipment including ventilators
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to implement care plans
Educate and provide emotional support to families throughout the NICU stay
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in accordance with facility protocols
Adhere to infection control and patient safety standards
Qualifications:
Active RN license in Texas or compact state
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Level III or Level IV NICU setting
BLS (Basic Life Support) and NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certifications required
Excellent critical thinking, clinical judgment, and communication skills
