We are seeking a skilled Operating Room (OR) Technician to assist in surgical procedures and ensure optimal operating room functionality. This role supports physicians and nurses during surgeries and contributes to a safe, efficient, and sterile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a scrub tech during operative and invasive procedures
Assist in patient care by preparing and managing surgical instruments and equipment
Ensure all necessary supplies and instruments are available before and during surgeries
Maintain and manage surgical inventory; act as a resource for inventory best practices
Follow protocols under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
Ensure cleanliness and sterilization standards are met before and after procedures
Skills & Qualifications:
