Overview: Support procurement operations within R&D by performing supplier analysis, developing sourcing strategies, and executing contracts. You'll report to the Associate Director and collaborate on RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, cost modeling, and contract lifecycle management in alignment with Global Procurement’s SMP.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement RFIs/RFPs/RFQs using e-sourcing tools and perform structured supplier analysis.
Negotiate terms and pricing, support contract creation, and manage amendments in SAP eSourcing.
Perform contract audits for compliance (Procurement Procedure 4.3), ensuring executed documents and RTA memos are complete.
Monitor supplier performance; establish KPI-driven continuous improvement plans.
Champion change through program/project management, diversify supplier pool, and share insights across the team.
