Shifts: Variable – 8-hour or 16-hour shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
Pay Rate: $1,050 to $1,125 per week
Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable QMAP Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide quality care and medication administration in a supportive group home environment. The CNA will work under Qualified Medication Administration Personnel (QMAP) guidelines to ensure the well-being and independence of residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, and feeding.
Administer medications following QMAP regulations and facility protocols.
Monitor, document, and report changes in residents' health status.
Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for all residents.
Work collaboratively with caregivers and interdisciplinary staff to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
Support residents in working toward independence and community integration.
Adhere to all policies, regulations, and standards of ethical care.
Qualifications:
Active CNA certification (Colorado or compact state).
QMAP certification (Required).
Flexibility to work variable 8- or 16-hour shifts.
Previous experience in a group home or similar setting preferred.
Strong communication skills and a patient, team-oriented approach.
