Responsibilities:
Perform MRI imaging procedures according to department protocols.
Position patients and apply appropriate coils to obtain high-quality diagnostic images.
Review patient safety questionnaires prior to MRI procedures.
Maintain MRI safety standards and a ferromagnetic-free environment.

Current New York State Licensed Radiologic Technologist (LRT).
ARRT Certification in MRI required.
Injection Certification required.

Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychosocial, psychiatric, and crisis risk assessments for adult and pediatric emergency department patients
Evaluate patients for safety concerns, suicide risk, and appropriate levels of care
Develop discharge plans and coordinate referrals to community resources and behavioral health services
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, and multidisciplinary care teams
Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and support to patients and families
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
Advocate for patient needs and facilitate continuity of care
Assignment Details:
Float may be required between facilities performing similar duties
Every other weekend required (Saturday and Sunday)
No on-call requirements
Expected caseload ratio: 1:7
Preferred Qualifications:
Hospital or Emergency Department social work experience

Position Overview

Provide comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and treatment services in patients' homes.
Develop individualized treatment plans focused on improving independence and daily living skills.
Perform functional assessments and home safety evaluations.
Complete OASIS assessments and documentation accurately and timely.
Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive equipment, home modifications, and therapeutic exercises.
Utilize Epic EMR and mobile documentation tools for patient charting.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
Ensure compliance with home health regulations, safety standards, and agency policies.
Required Qualifications
Active Oregon Occupational Therapist (OT) License.
Active Washington Occupational Therapist (OT) License.
Minimum 1 year of Home Health Occupational Therapy experience.
Direct OASIS documentation experience required.
Current BCLS Certification (AHA).
Valid Driver's License.
Clean Driving Record.
