Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, treatments, and documentation
Monitor and assess patient health, reporting any changes to the supervising RN or physician
Assist with patient hygiene, mobility, and daily activities as needed
Maintain accurate medical records and ensure timely documentation
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility protocols
Requirements:
Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of Delaware
Minimum of 1 year of recent LPN experience preferred
Ability to work evening shifts and commit to the full 7-week contract
Strong clinical, communication, and time-management skills
