Required Qualifications

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in hospital or large healthcare environments

Position Overview

This role focuses on the configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of Epic HIM modules, ensuring accurate chart completion, coding processes, deficiency tracking, and release of information (ROI) workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Configure, build, and maintain Epic HIM modules
Support workflows related to chart completion, coding, deficiency tracking, and release of information
Collaborate with HIM staff, coders, clinicians, and IT teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements
Ensure data integrity, documentation accuracy, and compliance with regulatory standards
