We are seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to support hospital-based behavioral health services. This short-term contract role focuses on providing psychological and social support to patients and families in an acute care setting during evening hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psychosocial assessments and provide counseling or crisis intervention
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
Coordinate discharge planning and connect patients to appropriate community resources
Advocate for patient needs while ensuring compliance with hospital and regulatory guidelines
Maintain timely documentation and case records
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a hospital-based Social Worker
Active Georgia LCSW license
AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Previous experience in an acute care hospital environment
