Title: Enterprise Project Manager (Scrum Master)
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Columbia, SC (Onsite)

Responsibilities:

Facilitate Scrum activities such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Ensure adherence to Scrum framework and agile principles.
Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
Track KPIs to help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

Required Skills:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
3 years of Azure DevOps experience.
Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proven ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
General understanding of programming concepts and database querying.
Prior experience with Agile project management tools.
Experience with hybrid project management (Agile combined with Waterfall).

Preferred Skills:

Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)).
Government sector experience.
ERP project experience.

Required Education/Certifications:

Bachelor’s degree.

Preferred Education/Certifications:

Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
