Key Responsibilities
Perform clinical and dispensing functions in a Specialty Pharmacy setting
Accurately process and dispense specialty medications in compliance with regulatory standards
Collaborate closely with providers, primarily within Oncology, as well as clinical and pharmacy staff
Coordinate with Prior Authorization and Financial Assistance teams to ensure timely patient access to medications
Work with transportation and support services to facilitate continuity of patient care
Maintain accurate and complete documentation within Epic Compass Rose
Support pharmacy operations with an average volume of approximately 50 prescriptions per month
Ensure adherence to pharmacy regulations, organizational policies, and patient safety standards
