Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to support adult and geriatric patients in a high-acuity healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in critical care, respiratory procedures, and ventilator management, with the ability to work in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
Provide respiratory care to adult and geriatric patients
Perform procedures including extubation, airway management, suctioning, and tracheostomy care
Administer respiratory medications via various delivery systems
Manage and monitor patients on mechanical ventilation, BiPAP, and CPAP
Assist with pulmonary hygiene and sputum specimen collection
Monitor patient response and adjust respiratory care plans accordingly
Troubleshoot ventilator alarms and assist with weaning from ventilation

Float to other units as needed based on competency
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of Respiratory Therapist experience

The MRI Technologist will perform high-quality magnetic resonance imaging procedures while ensuring patient safety, image accuracy, and compliance with regulatory and facility standards.

Key Responsibilities
Perform MRI procedures in accordance with physician orders and established imaging protocols.
Prepare, screen, and position patients while ensuring comfort and safety.
Administer contrast media in compliance with New York State regulations.

Minimum of 1 year of diagnostic imaging experience.
Recent MRI experience required.
Proficiency with EMR, RIS, HIS, PACS, and modality-specific software.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in high-volume outpatient imaging centers.
Strong patient communication and IV contrast administration skills.
Experience working in academic or large healthcare systems.
