Job Title: IT Support Specialist (Onsite)
Location: Harrisburg, PA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (37.5 hours/week)
Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.

  • Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and resolve ServiceNow tickets.

  • Manage user accounts, security patches, and antivirus updates.

  • Image and configure devices using SCCM and Active Directory.

  • Maintain accurate IT asset records and support inventory reconciliation.

  • Set up and support video conferencing systems.

  • Create and update technical documentation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience supporting PC hardware, software, and peripherals.

  • Strong background with Microsoft SCCM and Active Directory.

  • Proficiency with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.

  • Experience imaging and configuring end-user devices.

  • Understanding of IT asset lifecycle and inventory control.

  • Knowledge of network security best practices (user access, patching, antivirus).

  • Familiarity with video conferencing technologies.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
