Job Title: IT Support Specialist (Onsite)
Location: Harrisburg, PA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (37.5 hours/week)
Type: Contract
Provide Level 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and resolve ServiceNow tickets.
Manage user accounts, security patches, and antivirus updates.
Image and configure devices using SCCM and Active Directory.
Maintain accurate IT asset records and support inventory reconciliation.
Set up and support video conferencing systems.
Create and update technical documentation.
Hands-on experience supporting PC hardware, software, and peripherals.
Strong background with Microsoft SCCM and Active Directory.
Proficiency with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
Experience imaging and configuring end-user devices.
Understanding of IT asset lifecycle and inventory control.
Knowledge of network security best practices (user access, patching, antivirus).
Familiarity with video conferencing technologies.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
