Job Title: Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)

Location: Fulton, MO 65251
Duration: 1-Year Contract (Extendable)
Shifts: 12-Hour Shifts, 3 Days/Week

• Day Shift: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM

• Night Shift: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM

Pay Rate: $28/hour

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to provide direct patient care and support nursing staff in a healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will be skilled in delivering basic care, documenting patient activities, and ensuring a safe and clean environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver essential nursing care such as hygiene assistance and monitoring vital signs

• Assist with patient ambulation and transfers

• Accurately document patient condition, location, and daily activities

• Escort patients to internal and, at times, external appointments or procedures

• Help maintain cleanliness in shared patient areas

• Recognize and respond appropriately to safety hazards or emergency situations

• Notify nursing staff of changes in patient condition to ensure seamless care

• Follow infection control policies and all facility procedures

• Perform assigned tasks with procedural competence and professionalism

• Support team and facility-wide goals by performing additional duties as needed

Required Education:

• High School Diploma (HSD)

Required Skills and Experience:

• 1 to 2 years of experience working as a CNA

• Strong attention to detail, communication, and patient care skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment

Licensure & Certifications:

• Valid State CNA License

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
