A hospital is seeking an experienced Ultrasound Technologist (RDMS Registered) to join the Diagnostic Radiology team. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled across multiple ultrasound modalities and capable of performing both scheduled and emergency studies in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations including pediatrics, abdominal, OB/GYN, and vascular (DVT) studies
Conduct emergency exams such as:
Rule-out ectopic pregnancy
Testicular and ovarian torsion
DVT studies
Early and late miscarriage evaluations
Perform 1st, 2nd, and 3rd trimester obstetric scans
Complete pediatric studies including pyloric stenosis and bowel intussusception
Ensure accurate image acquisition, documentation, and reporting in accordance with hospital protocols
Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and clinical teams to support timely diagnosis
Adhere to all patient safety, infection control, and quality assurance standards
Qualifications
Required: RDMS certification through ARDMS
Experience: Minimum 2 years of hospital-based ultrasound experience
Education: Associate’s Degree in a related field preferred
Certifications: BLS preferred
Flexibility: Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Telemetry to deliver high-quality patient care in an acute care setting. The RN will be responsible for monitoring cardiac rhythms, assessing patient conditions, administering treatments, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes in accordance with established clinical standards.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor, interpret, and assess cardiac telemetry and patient conditions
Administer medications and perform IV therapy in compliance with protocols
Perform IV insertions and phlebotomy procedures
Assist with and monitor patients undergoing conscious sedation
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes
Provide patient education, emotional support, and discharge instructions as appropriate
Maintain compliance with all clinical policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 1 year of Medical/Surgical nursing experience
Minimum 1 year of Telemetry nursing experience
At least 2 years of IV insertion and phlebotomy experience

Perform comprehensive head-to-toe patient assessments and monitor vital signs
Continuously monitor, interpret, and document cardiac rhythms
Identify and respond promptly to arrhythmias or changes in patient condition
Recognize early signs of patient deterioration and initiate appropriate interventions
Collaborate with physicians, rapid response teams, and other clinical staff
