Compensation: $2,412 Weekly Gross (Includes Stipend)
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for a Med-Surg/Telemetry unit on a 13-week contract basis. The ideal candidate will have experience monitoring cardiac telemetry, providing patient-centered care, and working collaboratively within interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry; promptly notify providers of abnormalities or changes in patient condition
Administer medications, IVs, and treatments per provider orders, following clinical protocols and patient safety standards
Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
Support patient care processes including admissions, discharges, and transfers
Participate in bedside shift reports, safety huddles, and interdisciplinary rounds
Respond to emergencies and initiate appropriate actions, including activation of rapid response teams
Ensure adherence to infection control and patient safety standards
Maintain compliance with hospital policies, nursing practices, and regulatory requirements
Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts (MA)
BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
ASN or BSN from an accredited nursing program
At least 1 year of recent experience in Med-Surg or Telemetry (preferred)
Familiarity with telemetry monitoring systems and EMR platforms (Epic experience a plus)
