Provide support to the circulator nurse during patient care planning and delivery.
Keep surgical technologist competency checklists up to date, especially when rotating through specialty areas.
Meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 lbs., pushing/pulling equipment up to 400 lbs., and standing throughout the shift.
Provide care that is respectful of and responsive to individual cultural needs.
Comply with all organizational policies, standards, and procedures.
Qualifications:
Education (Required): Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist Program or equivalent training.
Certification (Preferred): Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) through the Association of Surgical Technologists (AST).
