Minimum 3 years of recent experience in a Level 1 or Level 2 trauma center.
Proficient in orthopedic, general, ENT, vascular, and GYN surgical cases.
At least 3 years of recent (within the last 4 years) operating room experience in an acute care facility of similar size and complexity to Upstate (Level 1 trauma center or teaching hospital), or in an equivalent-sized facility specializing in adult or pediatric care.
Scrub experience is mandatory.
Demonstrated competency in a variety of specialties including general surgery, orthopedics, neurosurgery, trauma, vascular, ENT, bariatric, GU, and GYN.
License/Certification:
Valid Surgical Technologist License (New York State).
