Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care to oncology patients in accordance with evidence-based practices.
Perform patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans.
Administer medications, chemotherapy (if applicable), and treatments safely and accurately.
Monitor patient progress and communicate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.

Base Pay Range:

Shift Differentials (Can Be Combined):
Evening (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM): +$3.30/hr
Night (11:00 PM – 7:30 AM): +$6.00/hr
Weekend (Sat 7:00 AM – Mon 7:30 AM): +$10.00/hr
Holiday: 50% of base rate added to base pay
Specialty Differential (OR, ER, ICU): +$2.00/hr
(Example: A weekend night shift would receive both the weekend and night differentials in addition to base pay.)
