Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Front-End Developer / UX Developer to lead and contribute to the development of modern, responsive, and accessible web applications. This role requires a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, front-end technologies, and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead or participate in the development of responsive, device-agnostic web-based applications using modern front-end technologies and frameworks.

  • Implement clean, accessible, and reusable code while adhering to established design systems and best practices.

  • Translate user research findings and design recommendations into functional, intuitive interfaces.

  • Develop reusable components that ensure visual consistency and ease of use across digital products.

  • Stay informed of and integrate emerging front-end development trends, tools, and methodologies.

  • Collaborate with designers, developers, product managers, business stakeholders, and end users to define and implement optimal technical solutions.

  • Ensure all products meet usability, accessibility (e.g., WCAG), and performance standards.

  • Support the ongoing enhancement and maintenance of digital products throughout their lifecycle.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in front-end development and UX-focused roles.

  • Proficiency in industry-standard front-end technologies (e.g., HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue).

  • Experience with modern cloud-based environments and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Strong knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., Section 508, WCAG) and responsive design.

  • Proven track record of leading development efforts across multiple mid-size to large-scale projects.

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with component-based architecture and design systems such as Material Design, USWDS, or similar.
