Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Development:
Develop and lead a global strategy for Management Advisory Services.
Define a comprehensive consulting portfolio aligned with business needs.
Procurement Leadership:
Refresh current procurement strategies across key areas (Category Management, Contract/Risk/Stakeholder Management, Supplier Relationship Management).
Provide procurement support for strategic sourcing initiatives and vendor negotiations.
Stakeholder & Change Management:
Partner with executive leadership to align strategies and influence business decisions.
Manage cross-functional teams and drive organizational support for procurement initiatives.
Contract & Negotiation:
Lead negotiation strategies for complex contracts including MSAs and Task Orders.
Ensure risk reduction and value delivery in agreement structures.
Supplier Relationship Management (SRM):
Implement SRM programs, track performance metrics, and foster innovation with key suppliers.
Promote diverse supplier relationships and support D&I initiatives.
Market Intelligence & Category Expertise:
Stay updated on market trends in advisory services and indirect procurement.
Incorporate external intelligence to enhance sourcing decisions and category strategies.
Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement:
Drive efficiency across procurement functions.
Align procurement initiatives with enterprise-wide goals and supply chain interdependencies.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, Finance, or related field.
Required Experience and Skills:
7+ years in Global Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Business Management (Consulting, HR, Finance).
Deep expertise in Indirect Procurement and Management Advisory Services.
Proven skills in strategic sourcing, project management, and SRM.
