Position Overview
The Emergency Room RN provides high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting. This role involves coordinating and delivering comprehensive nursing care that aligns with departmental protocols, regulatory standards, and clinical best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

Position Summary
The Interventional Radiologic Technologist performs diagnostic and interventional radiographic procedures under the supervision of radiologists. This role requires strong technical proficiency, radiation safety knowledge, and the ability to support procedural workflows in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Qualifications
Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) in Radiologic Technology or equivalent
Active New York State license/registration
Minimum one (1) year experience as a Radiologic Technologist
At least one (1) year CT and/or MRI experience required

Key Responsibilities
Perform radiographic and interventional imaging procedures as ordered
Greet and educate patients regarding upcoming procedures
Position patients appropriately and select proper exposure factors
Ensure adherence to radiation safety and protection standards
Operate fluoroscopy and other imaging equipment efficiently
Identify and report equipment malfunctions
Process images and maintain imaging quality standards
Accurately input data into the Radiology Information System (RIS) for documentation and billing
Follow departmental policies, procedures, and imaging protocols
Provide imaging services based on referring physician and radiologist needs
