Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Physical Therapist for an exciting Travel or Local job in Longview, WA.
Responsibilities:.
Evaluate, plan, and provide physical therapy treatment for patients.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Educate patients and families on exercises, mobility, and injury prevention.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience:
Licensed Physical Therapist in good standing.
Outpatient experience preferred.
Strong patient assessment, treatment planning, and rehabilitation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
