Responsibilities: • Deliver comprehensive nursing care to Med/Surg and Stroke Stepdown patients • Assess neurological changes and track patient progress • Administer medications and perform clinical procedures per provider directives • Work collaboratively with the care team to optimize patient outcomes • Support stroke-response processes when needed • Document accurately and consistently in EPIC
