Position Overview
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) team in Orono, ME. The CNA will provide hands-on care and support to residents under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, ensuring comfort, safety, and quality care.
Key Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Support mobility, transfers, and proper positioning of residents
Monitor and record vital signs; report any changes to nursing staff
Assist with feeding and ensure proper nutrition and hydration
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs
Support nursing staff with routine care tasks and procedures
Observe and report changes in patient condition or behavior
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Follow all infection control and safety protocols
Required Qualifications
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent – Preferred
Certifications:
Active CNA Certification – Required
BLS Certification – Preferred

Position: CT Technologist
Location: Brooklyn, NY 11234 Schedule: 3 days/week | 7.5 hours/day (22.5 hours/week) Duration: Contract - 13 Weeks
Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist to perform diagnostic CT imaging in accordance with prescribed protocols. The role requires attention to patient safety, high-quality imaging, and strict adherence to radiation safety standards (ALARA). The CT Technologist will also perform quality control, maintain documentation, and assist with radiopharmaceutical administration as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Perform CT procedures following established protocols to ensure uniformity and accuracy
Apply appropriate kV and mA techniques for diagnostic imaging quality
Conduct daily quality control and calibration checks on equipment
Follow radiation safety guidelines and ALARA principles
Maintain accurate patient records and imaging data for Radiologist review
Prepare, label, and administer radiopharmaceutical doses per physician orders
Report equipment issues and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
Assist with quality control, quality assurance, and safety tests
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of recent CT experience
New York State Radiologic Technologist License (L.R.T)
ARRT Certification in Radiography and CT
BLS Certification
Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
Proficient in English (Speak, Read, Write)

Registered Nurse (RN) – Med/Surg
Location: Brooklyn, NY Schedule: 3x12 shifts (Days/Nights) | 34.5 hours/week Contract: 13 weeks (No extension) Open Positions: 2
Compensation:
Travelers: $70/hr Local Candidates: $58/hr
Position Overview: We are seeking experienced Med/Surg Registered Nurses to support increased patient census. This is a 13-week contract with no extension.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
Provide direct bedside care to pre- and post-surgical patients
Administer and document medications as prescribed
Perform wound care, IV therapy, catheterization, and dressing changes
Monitor vital signs and report any adverse reactions
Operate and adjust medical equipment as needed
Collaborate with healthcare teams on discharge planning
Educate patients and families on treatment and post-care instructions
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Follow established nursing standards and protocols
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg experience in an acute care setting
Recent experience within the past 1 year required
Strong skills in patient assessment, medication administration, IV therapy, and post-operative care
Experience with wound care, infection control, and telemetry monitoring
Preferred Skills:
EPIC EMR experience
Education:
Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
Certifications & Licensure:
Active New York State RN License
AHA BLS certification
AHA ACLS (preferred/required for specific units)
