Digital Designer – E–Commerce Focus

Location: Bolingbrook, IL
Duration: 3-Month Contract

Required Background: Candidates must have prior experience in beauty, retail, or e-commerce marketing.

We’re seeking a Digital Designer who can craft engaging digital experiences across email and online marketing channels. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are passionate about beauty or retail, we’d love to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities:

Create visually compelling and fully responsive email designs using SFMC, HTML/CSS, Movable Ink
Translate campaign objectives into creative, customer-centric digital assets
Leverage personalization tools to enhance engagement and performance
Participate in campaign planning and align creative with seasonal strategies
QA and troubleshoot across platforms and devices

Qualifications:

3–5 years in digital/email design within a retail, e-commerce, or beauty setting
Fluency in design and development tools (Figma, Photoshop, Dreamweaver)
Experience in customer journeys, dynamic content, and email testing
Project management familiarity (Monday.com, Asana)
Bonus: After Effects or JavaScript/API skills
