Key Responsibilities:
Patient Advocacy & Education:
Guide patients through the healthcare system, addressing barriers to care (financial, social, or logistical).
Support patients and families in coping with psychological aspects of surgery and cancer care.
Provide clinical care and educational resources during visits and via phone.
Clinical Coordination & Triage:
Answer and triage patient phone calls, including urgent inquiries and medication questions.
Coordinate appointments and ensure clinicians have necessary reports, films, and pathology results.
Collect clinical information for accurate referrals and completion of physician orders.
Operations Support:
Connect patients with resources and assist with access to financial services.
Identify potential subjects for clinical trials when appropriate.
Qualifications:
Education & Licensure:
Required: Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree (ASN)
Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Current NJ RN License
BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of nursing experience
Specialty experience in Gastroenterology, Colorectal Surgery, or Surgical Oncology

Position Overview
We are seeking skilled Endpoint Support Technicians to provide on-site IT operational support across multiple office locations in Sacramento, CA. Scope of Services / Key Responsibilities

Dialysis Operations: Manage 3-patient assignment for put-on/take-off or 9-patient assignment with 2 PCTs assisting with medications and assessments.
