The Promotional Material Review Coordinator is a role within the Content Excellence and Agency Optimization Team, supporting Animal Health Global Marketing. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage advertising and promotional material submission and management through the Promotional Material Review process for the Global Marketing Livestock and Companion Animal business units.

Role Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

Manage all operational aspects of the Promotional Material Review process for multiple brands across business units, working closely with Marketing, Legal, Technical, and Regulatory.
Coordinate review timelines with Marketing teams.
Perform preliminary material assessments for readiness to submit to Promotional Material Review; including content quality assessment, completed metadata tagging, reference linking, and added document relationships.
