Job Title: Public Health Program Specialist (Part-Time)

Duration: 13 Weeks contract

Location: Jefferson City, MO

Shift:- 8 A.M. to 5 P.M (4hr/ day, 5days/ week, 20hr/ week)

REQUIREMENT: Flexible hours; remote work permitted based on business needs. Specific schedule to be coordinated with supervisor.

Job Duties:

• Conduct research and data analysis, including survey design, distribution, and reporting.
• Assist in the creation and dissemination of outreach materials and educational resources.
• Provide technical support and coordination to partners and agencies involved in program delivery.
• Participate in inspections, surveys, and public health-related events.
• Support the development of program budgets and financial tracking.
• Contribute to the planning and implementation of public health initiatives aligned with department goals.
• Assist with GME-related communications and meetings until the TAC becomes fully operational.
• Occasionally support evening or weekend activities related to public health events or conferences.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Healthcare, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience (qualifications may be substituted where appropriate).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel.
• Experience with Qualtrics Experience Management (XM) or comparable data/survey software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities.
