Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to provide clinical leadership and operational oversight for nursing services within a healthcare facility. Key Responsibilities

Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
Prior experience in a Director of Nursing or senior nursing leadership role
Strong knowledge of long-term care, skilled nursing, or healthcare facility operations
Demonstrated leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Experience with regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and staff management
