Job Title: Emergency Department RN – Acute Care
Location: Falmouth, MA
Duration: 13 Weeks
Type: Contract
Pay Rate: $63 - $65 per hour 

Summary:
Seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse (ED RN) to deliver comprehensive care to patients of all ages in an acute care setting. The role focuses on rapid assessment, stabilization, and treatment of emergency cases.

Responsibilities:

• Perform triage and initiate critical care protocols as needed.
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and blood products.
• Operate ventilators, cardiac monitors, and emergency response equipment.
• Monitor patient vital signs and promptly address changes in condition.
• Provide post-trauma support and patient education.
• Ensure complete and accurate documentation.
• Maintain readiness to handle mass casualty or disaster response situations. 

Requirements:

• Valid RN license in Massachusetts.
• BLS and ACLS certifications (mandatory).
• Experience with ventilator care, telemetry monitoring, and emergency procedures.
• TNCC, PALS, and ENPC certifications preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in emergency or critical care nursing preferred.
