Job Title: Registered Nurse – Long-Term Care
Location: Beulah, ND
Type: Contract
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift & Schedule: Night Shift | Variable Night Schedule | 8-Hour and/or 12-Hour Shifts | 36 Hours Weekly Guaranteed
Pay Rate: $40/hr - $45.50/hr (Based on Experience)
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse – Long-Term Care for an exciting Contract opportunity in Beulah, ND.
Responsibilities
Provide nursing care to long-term care residents.
Conduct resident assessments and monitor condition changes.
Administer medications and treatments.
Respond to resident and family concerns.
Coordinate care with physicians and healthcare teams.
Supervise and support nursing support staff.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulations.
Required Qualifications
Active RN License.
Strong assessment and patient advocacy skills.
Ability to work independently during night shifts.
Current BLS Certification (Preferred).
Preferred Qualifications
Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred.
