Registered Nurse (RN) – Med/Surg Telemetry

Location: Mayfield Heights, OH
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Nights | 3x12 Hours (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Schedule: 36 Hours Per Week

Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced acute care setting. The ideal candidate will have recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience, strong cardiac monitoring skills, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to Med/Surg Telemetry patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions
• Ensure compliance with patient safety and quality care standards
• Respond appropriately to medical emergencies and changes in patient status

Requirements

• Minimum 18 Months of Recent Permanent Med/Surg Telemetry Experience
• Active Ohio RN License or Compact License in Hand
• AHA BLS Certification Required
• AHA ACLS Certification Required
• Strong Telemetry and Acute Care Experience Required
