CT Technologist
Location: Hood River, OR
Position Overview
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced CT Technologist for a contract assignment in Hood River, Oregon. This opportunity is with a Critical Access Level III Trauma Center and is ideal for candidates with strong CT imaging experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced acute care environment.
Schedule:
• Weekend Day Shift
• Friday, Saturday, Sunday
• Block Schedule Required
• No On-Call
• No Floating Requirement (may float within imaging services as needed)
Facility Type:
• Critical Access Hospital
• Level III Trauma Center
• 25 Staffed Beds
• Epic EMR
Responsibilities:
• Perform CT imaging procedures according to established protocols
• Produce high-quality diagnostic images while ensuring patient safety
• Prepare and position patients for CT examinations
• Operate CT imaging equipment efficiently and safely
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation
• Follow radiation safety standards and department policies
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and healthcare staff
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance procedures
• Provide excellent patient care and communication throughout the imaging process
Requirements:
• CT Technologist experience required
• Acute Care Hospital experience required
• Experience with Epic EMR preferred
• Strong patient care and communication skills
• Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
• Knowledge of radiation safety protocols and imaging procedures
