Position Overview

We are seeking a Windows End-User Experience Engineer to support and optimize the enterprise desktop environment across airport operations. This role is responsible for ensuring Windows endpoints remain secure, reliable, and efficient while delivering an exceptional user experience. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing enterprise endpoint environments, modern device management platforms, and desktop lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain enterprise Windows desktop images and operating system updates.

  • Coordinate endpoint security initiatives, patch management, and compliance activities.

  • Implement and support modern device management solutions and endpoint administration tools.

  • Collaborate with Helpdesk, System Administrators, and other IT teams to resolve endpoint-related issues.

  • Monitor and optimize endpoint performance, stability, and user experience.

  • Support device provisioning, configuration, deployment, and lifecycle management processes.

  • Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and procedures for endpoint management.

  • Identify opportunities to improve desktop reliability, security, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of enterprise endpoint management experience.

  • Expertise with Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, and Windows 10/11 administration.

  • Strong knowledge of endpoint security, patch management, and device compliance.

  • Experience implementing and managing modern device management solutions.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills in enterprise desktop environments.

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional IT teams in large-scale organizations.

  • Strong focus on end-user experience, reliability, and continuous improvement.

  • Ability to work onsite and support mission-critical IT operations.
