Physician Assistant (PA) – Long-Term Care

Pay Range: $125,000 – $174,836/year (Based on Experience)
We are seeking a licensed Physician Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive medical care in a long-term care setting. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing acute and chronic conditions, working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, and delivering high-quality patient-centered care.
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and physical examinations
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans
Prescribe medications and controlled substances (DEA required)
Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic tests
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
Document patient care in compliance with facility standards
Provide patient education and health counseling
Participate in emergency and urgent care situations
Active Physician Assistant (PA) license (NY State)
DEA registration required
Experience in long-term care preferred
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
Ability to work independently and in team settings
EMR documentation experience preferred
Bilingual (Spanish preferred but not required)
