Job Title: Travel Registered Nurse – Emergency Room
Location: Denton, TX
Type: Contract | 13 Weeks | Travel
Shift & Schedule: Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | 3x12 Hours | 36 Hours Per Week
Pay Rate: $44 - $52/hour
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse – Emergency Room for an exciting Travel job in Denton, TX.
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse License.
BLS Certification.
ACLS Certification.
PALS or ENPC Certification.
TNCC Certification.
Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience preferred.
Strong acute care and emergency nursing background.
Ability to manage high patient volume and high-acuity cases.
Trauma experience highly preferred.
Responsibilities
Provide direct emergency nursing care in a fast-paced Emergency Department.
Perform triage, assessment, and rapid stabilization of patients.
Manage trauma, cardiac, neurological, and other medical emergencies.
Administer medications, IV therapy, and emergency treatments.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
Assist with resuscitations and emergency procedures.
Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes appropriately.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and emergency care protocols.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a Level I, II, or III Trauma Center.
Experience caring for stroke, cardiac, diabetic, and trauma patients.
Previous travel nursing experience.CPI Certification.
