LVN / LPN – Outpatient Clinic

Pay Rate: $37–$43/Hour
We are seeking an experienced LVN / LPN for an outpatient clinic assignment. The ideal candidate will have strong outpatient clinical experience, phlebotomy skills, and the ability to perform IV starts and blood draws in a fast-paced ambulatory care environment.
Provide direct patient care in an outpatient clinic setting.
Perform phlebotomy, blood draws, and specimen collection.
Start and maintain IV access as needed.
Administer medications and treatments per provider orders.
Monitor patient conditions and document findings.
Assist providers during examinations and procedures.
Educate patients regarding treatment plans and follow-up care.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Ensure compliance with clinic policies and safety standards.
Active California LVN License.
BLS Certification (AHA or American Red Cross).
IV Certification.
Blood Withdrawal Certification.
Minimum 2 years of outpatient clinic experience.
Experience with phlebotomy, IV starts, and blood draws.
Strong patient care and communication skills.
EMR experience preferred.
