Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Clinical Laboratory Technologist to join a healthcare facility in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will perform laboratory testing, analyze specimens, maintain quality standards, and support patient diagnosis and treatment through accurate laboratory results.

Required Responsibilities

• Perform clinical laboratory testing and specimen analysis.
• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Ensure accuracy and quality control of laboratory results.
• Process patient specimens according to laboratory protocols.
• Maintain laboratory records and documentation.
• Follow safety, infection control, and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient care.
• Assist with troubleshooting laboratory procedures and equipment.
• Perform other laboratory-related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Education

• Associate's Degree from an accredited Laboratory Technology Program required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of Clinical Laboratory Technologist experience required.

Licensure / Certification

• Active New York State Clinical Laboratory Technologist License (092).
• Primary Source Verification required.
• BLS preferred.
