Registered Nurse (RN) – PACU (Post Anesthesia Care Unit)

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – PACU to provide high-quality post-anesthesia care for patients recovering from surgical procedures. The ideal candidate will be skilled in patient assessment, airway management, pain control, and post-operative recovery while collaborating closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
Perform comprehensive post-anesthesia patient assessments.
Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
Monitor airway status, oxygenation, and pain management needs.
Maintain emergency readiness and ensure equipment functionality.
Evaluate patients for discharge readiness and provide detailed handoff reports.
Collaborate effectively with physicians, patients, families, and care teams.
Active Pennsylvania RN License.
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
Minimum 2 years of RN experience.
Previous PACU and/or ICU experience preferred.
Ability to participate in on-call rotations.
Experience with Meditech EMR preferred.
