Job Title: Clinical Laboratory Technologist
Location: New York City, NY (Onsite)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Overnight Shift (12:00 AM – 8:00 AM)
Work Hours: 35 hours per week (7 hours/day, 5 days/week)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Laboratory Technologist to perform laboratory testing and analysis to support patient diagnosis, treatment, and care. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a clinical laboratory setting and hold an active state licensure.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests in accordance with established procedures and quality standards.
  • Analyze and interpret test results with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with laboratory safety protocols, quality assurance standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of laboratory activities and results.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support clinical decision-making.
  • Follow proper procedures for specimen collection, handling, processing, and storage.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and accreditation processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Clinical Laboratory Technology, or a related field from an accredited program.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist.
  • Active Clinical Laboratory Technologist license issued by a state regulatory authority.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related discipline.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
