Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical-Surgical (Med/Surg)
Location: Carlinville, IL
Duration: 12 Weeks (Possible Extension)
Shift: Nights (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM)
Hours: 36 Hours/Week
Pay Rate: $1,900/week – $2,200/week
Start Date: ASAP
We are seeking an experienced Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) for a contract assignment in Carlinville, IL. The RN will provide direct patient care, perform assessments, administer medications, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
Provide direct patient care in a Medical-Surgical unit.
Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions.
Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies.
Develop and implement individualized care plans.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
Educate patients and families on treatment and discharge plans.
Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
Respond to patient emergencies and condition changes.
Active Illinois RN License (or Compact RN License if applicable).
Current BLS Certification.
Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg RN experience.
Acute care hospital experience preferred.
Experience with CPSI/Evident EMR is a plus.
